As a Manager in our Direct Tax practice, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex tax matters, including income tax, capital gains, transfer pricing, and international tax planning. Your responsibilities will span strategic consulting, regulatory analysis, and proactive engagement with stakeholders to mitigate risks and maximize tax efficiencies. With a focus on precision and insight, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tax strategies that align with both client objectives and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in direct taxation, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven expertise in Saudi Arabian tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Deep knowledge of international tax frameworks, including OECD guidelines, double taxation treaties, and cross-border tax planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax scenarios and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate technical insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive client satisfaction.
