In this strategic position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders while ensuring full adherence to the WHO Code and Nestlé’s rigorous marketing policies. Your expertise will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, increasing coverage frequency, and fostering a culture of evidence-based nutrition recommendations—particularly in scenarios where breastfeeding is not practiced.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a blend of fieldwork, relationship management, and strategic execution. Here’s what success looks like in this dynamic environment:

• Territory Engagement & Call Execution: Execute a meticulously planned HCP call cycle across Riyadh, ensuring compliance with call-rate and frequency targets to maximize coverage and engagement.
• Scientific Detailing & Education: Deliver precise, evidence-based presentations on nutritional science and product offerings to paediatricians, nutritionists, and clinic/hospital staff, reinforcing our commitment to ethical and compliant promotion.
• Relationship Building & Expansion: Cultivate enduring trust-based relationships with key HCPs and gatekeepers while proactively identifying new accounts and untapped opportunities to broaden our market footprint.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of all HCP interactions, scientific requests, and market intelligence within our CRM system, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
• Competitive & Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, gauge HCP sentiment, and analyze local market dynamics, escalating actionable insights to the Medical Field Management (MFM) team for strategic decision-making.
• Representation & Participation: Actively represent our brand at approved scientific conferences, hospital events, and HCP education initiatives, contributing to thought leadership and knowledge dissemination.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Uphold strict compliance with the WHO Code, Nestlé’s marketing policies, and all local regulatory requirements in every interaction, ensuring ethical integrity at every step.
• Collaborative Growth: Participate in joint field visits with the MFM, implement coaching feedback to refine call quality, and contribute to territory journey planning within established guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a detail-oriented, relationship-driven professional with a passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related life-science field, demonstrating a strong foundation in scientific principles and healthcare practices.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG-health, or medical/nutrition field promotion, with a track record of driving engagement and compliance in healthcare settings.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficient English (both spoken and written), enabling seamless communication with HCPs and internal stakeholders.
• A valid Saudi driving license and the ability to travel daily within the Riyadh territory, including remote areas, to meet fieldwork demands.
• A proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
