Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate, timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, in alignment with GAAP and IFRS standards. • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow and minimize errors.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to align financial planning with business objectives. Collaborate with department heads to ensure resource allocation supports operational goals.
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to local Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards. Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Tax Management: Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, while minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing deductions in compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices using modern accounting software and tools.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and recommendations. Present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
