In this position, you will:

• Lead and oversee structural engineering analyses, including load calculations, finite element modeling, and dynamic response assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and review structural designs for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and safety criteria while optimizing material usage and construction feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project designs, balancing technical constraints with creative vision.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural performance, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients, regulators, and internal teams.

To excel in this role, you will bring a strong foundation in structural engineering principles, a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, and a commitment to excellence. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of **8 years of relevant experience**, with at least **5 years in a senior or leadership capacity**. Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and familiarity with industry standards such as AISC, ACI, and Eurocodes is essential. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are also critical to your success.
