As the Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office by providing strategic support, managing sensitive documents, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• CEO's Strategic Support: Orchestrate the CEO's schedule, gate communications, represent the CEO in select meetings, and deliver concise meeting minutes.
• Document & Workflow Excellence: Draft CEO correspondence, manage sensitive documents, and support presentation/prep for hiring, approvals, and admin tasks.
• Office Operations: Maintain supplies inventory, ensure equipment functionality, and optimize admin policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with external partners and internal teams to streamline workflows.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in tech or fast-paced industries.
• Mastery of calendar management, document control, and stakeholder communication.
• A proactive problem-solving approach with a knack for anticipating needs and driving efficiency.
