Billing Officer / Specialist

The Billing Officer / Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of logistics services, ensuring compliance with approved customs, contracts, and operational documents. This role involves invoice accuracy, adherence to VAT/ZATCA requirements, proper documentation, and close coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounts Receivable to support revenue recognition and cash collection.

• Required Educational Level:
• Minimum: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Required Experience:
• Minimum: 1 year experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting role
• Preferred: 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or transportation industry
• Required Competencies & Skills:
• Knowledge of billing processes and invoice controls
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of VAT/ZATCA compliance
• Ability to work with ERP systems and MS Excel
