As our Senior Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our projects. Your responsibilities will span from overseeing project financial performance to leading complex cost allocation exercises, and from delivering insightful financial reporting to supporting project managers in understanding financial performance.

• Project Financial Control: Monitor results, ensure accuracy of financials, and support project managers in improving outcomes.
• Cost Allocation & Recharge: Lead and manage cost allocation, develop transparent methodologies, and ensure alignment with financial reporting.
• Financial & Management Reporting: Deliver timely, clear, and actionable financial reporting packages to senior leadership.
• Project Reporting & Forecasting: Lead project forecasting, analyze performance trends, and support project reviews with robust financial analysis.
• Budgeting & Planning: Support budgeting and forecasting processes, validate assumptions, and perform scenario analysis.
• Controls & Governance: Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with financial governance standards, and support audit requirements.
• Business Partnering: Act as a finance partner to project managers and business leaders, providing clear financial guidance and challenging assumptions.

We're seeking a qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial control, project finance, or management accounting in a project-based environment is required.
