We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to join our Amazon Now team at Afaq's Warehouse Branch in Dammam. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our on-demand delivery service.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our delivery network, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high service standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and coordinating daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and implement process enhancements.
• Managing relationships with external partners, including delivery drivers and vendors.
• Supporting the growth of Amazon Now by driving operational initiatives and projects.
