The Finance Director will spearhead the company's financial strategy, planning, and governance to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for managing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and accounting standards.
• Direct the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and final accounts.
• Monitor financial performance, provide strategic recommendations, and support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units to identify financial requirements and optimize resource allocation.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent). A minimum of 10 years of finance experience, including leadership roles, is required. Previous experience within a publicly listed company is essential. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, governance, budgeting, and risk management is crucial.
