Strategic Partnerships and Customer Engagement

In this pivotal position, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic liaison for key customers in Saudi Arabia, including CSD, ADNOC, and other industry leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building Credibility and Trust: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify critical project requirements and address technical challenges proactively, ensuring seamless project execution from the bid phase through commissioning.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a Senior Compressor Design Engineer, providing expert guidance on centrifugal compressors and adhering to industry standards such as API617 and Saudi Aramco’s SAMS specifications.
• Project Oversight: Collaborate closely with the Modon shop and internal teams to ensure rigorous project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to technical specifications.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with global and local vendors, optimizing supply chain efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of critical components across time zones.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong foundation in core disciplines such as mechanics, structural dynamics, rotor dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid and aerodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis.
• Proven expertise in industrial processes, including fluid transport, liquid/gas compression, combustion, and heating/cooling systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in applying systems engineering methodologies and configuration management within cross-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence technical communities and drive collaborative problem-solving.
