As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our success, responsible for:

• Monitoring sales data and making data-driven recommendations to management.
• Merchandising our products within stores, ensuring they're always well-stocked, clean, and fresh.
• Managing a team of merchandisers, fostering their growth, and driving team performance.
• Monitoring competitive activities and reporting any deviations from agreed terms.
• Participating in sampling and redemption campaigns as required.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Proven management skills, preferably in direct sales teams.
• A service-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
