Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end management of LTP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while aligning with Siemens Energy’s strategic objectives and client requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and resolution of project-related challenges.
• Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet project milestones and deliverables within defined timelines.
• Risk and Compliance: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations, safety protocols, and Siemens Energy’s policies.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality by conducting regular inspections, audits, and performance evaluations to guarantee project excellence and client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed progress reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders on a periodic basis.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on power generation, energy infrastructure, or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion, preferably in the Middle East or similar markets.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., SAP, Primavera, MS Project) are required.
