Key Responsibilities

The Cleaning and Hospitality Project Manager will play a critical role in the following areas:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily cleaning and hospitality operations across assigned project sites, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of supervisors, cleaners, and hospitality staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with industry-leading quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental sustainability requirements to mitigate operational risks.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and coordinate targeted training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Resource Management: Procure, manage, and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials, equipment, and hospitality supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
• Quality Assurance: Perform systematic site inspections to uphold service excellence, address deficiencies, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies to achieve financial targets and operational sustainability.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison with clients, addressing feedback, resolving concerns, and ensuring full compliance with contractual key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Risk Management: Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed operational and performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Professional Attributes

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of progressive experience in managing cleaning, hospitality, or facility management projects, with a proven track record of operational leadership.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of operations management, contract administration, and workforce supervision, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and produce clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
• Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications such as BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science), PMP (Project Management Professional), NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), or IFMA (International Facility Management Association) are highly advantageous.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our designated project sites. The successful candidate will be expected to travel as required to oversee operations and meet client commitments.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ﷼2,000.00 to ﷼3,000.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
