Key Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager at Müller's Solutions, your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while ensuring adherence to established methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while ensuring accountability and adherence to project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery of high-quality IT solutions by establishing and enforcing quality standards, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Budget and Resource Optimization: Monitor project expenditures, resource utilization, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising project integrity.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies is essential.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing project dynamics.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
