Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer – ICT/ELV to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions that integrate seamlessly with architectural and engineering disciplines, ensuring optimal performance, security, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• System Design and Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of sophisticated ICT and ELV systems, including network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security systems, tailored to meet client and project requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical specifications, drawings, and documentation using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ensuring clarity and precision for all stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams to integrate ICT/ELV systems seamlessly into broader project frameworks, fostering a cohesive and efficient workflow.
• Site Assessments and Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to evaluate project requirements, constraints, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights that inform system design and implementation strategies.
• Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ICT/ELV systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and implementations comply with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and international standards such as ISO, IEC, and ANSI, while staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources with a high degree of efficiency, leveraging project management tools and methodologies to deliver results on time and within scope.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in ICT/ELV engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale commercial or industrial projects. Prior involvement in projects within the Middle East region is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge in designing and implementing network infrastructure, building management systems, CCTV, access control, and security systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software is essential.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations pertaining to ICT/ELV systems, as well as familiarity with international standards such as ISO, IEC, and ANSI.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CCNA, RCDD, or PMP are highly advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership in driving technical solutions and mentoring teams is essential.
