Lifeguard - Special Facility

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard for our special facility at Aquarabia Water Theme Park, Qiddiya. This role is integral to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests and colleagues.

• Responsibilities:
• Uphold Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya's code of conduct, ethics, and core values.
• Ensure the overall safety of guests and colleagues within and visiting the park, with a commitment to preventing drowning incidents.
• Assist in the daily operation of all aquatic attractions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Respond to and assist in medical emergencies within the scope of your certification and training.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and work collaboratively with other operational departments.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a fun and safe environment for guests, colleagues, and oneself.

This role requires a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry, and a valid lifeguard certification. Proficiency in English and Arabic, basic computer skills, patience, integrity, high work standards, self-confidence, and motivation are essential.

Applicants must be willing to work long hours, including holidays, weekends, and non-operational hours as required. The role involves working in various environmental conditions and accessing ride platforms multiple times a day.
