Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales

As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Enterprise Sales department, driving new business growth and strengthening client relationships to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic hunting, cold calling, leveraging networks, and managing client accounts to align our CPaaS and SaaS solutions with their business objectives.

• Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve new client sales targets and prepare regular progress reports.
• Contract Management and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and ensure timely solution delivery.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and resolve client issues.
• Account Retention and Expansion: Monitor client usage, identify upselling opportunities, and develop strategies for retention and revenue growth.
• Feedback and Market Insights: Gather client feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and provide market insights to leadership.

We seek a seasoned professional with 3+ years of proven new business development experience in the SaaS/CPaaS or telecommunications sector, strong KSA market knowledge, and a track record of winning enterprise-level clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
