Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages tailored for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Transform UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
• Create digital assets that enhance marketing campaigns and support client websites.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Assist in implementing front-end improvements that enhance SEO, website performance, and conversion rates.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Adhere to accessibility and usability best practices to create inclusive digital solutions.

CMS Management

• Maintain and update WordPress websites and other content management systems.
• Implement content changes, templates, layouts, and new pages as required by project needs.

Quality Assurance

• Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies to ensure a flawless user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee reliability and quality.

Continuous Learning & Growth

• Stay current with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers to enhance your technical expertise.

Your Qualifications

Experience

• 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, personal initiatives, or bootcamp training.
• Prior experience working on live websites or web applications is considered a strong advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.

Tools & Soft Skills

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and browser compatibility testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
