Siemens Healthineers is seeking ambitious and driven Saudi national graduates to participate in the Early Talents Program within the Finance (Account Receivables) domain. Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Management: Execute and oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including invoice generation, payment posting, reconciliation, and collections to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within the accounts receivable workflow and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, accuracy, and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to resolve discrepancies, address customer inquiries, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, aging trends, and customer payment behaviors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate records, documenting processes, and implementing best practices in financial governance.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, and other digital tools to streamline accounts receivable operations, automate routine tasks, and enhance data integrity.
  • Professional Development: Participate in structured training programs, workshops, and mentorship sessions to develop technical expertise in finance, soft skills, and leadership capabilities, setting the foundation for a successful long-term career at Siemens Healthineers.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze financial data and create reports.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Must be a Saudi national, as this position is exclusively open to candidates holding Saudi citizenship.
