As a Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand image, maximizing revenue, and maintaining guest loyalty.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Promote brand awareness internally and externally using effective sales techniques.
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours and schedule tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Determine and provide complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage.
• Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

We are seeking a professional with at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. No supervisory experience is required.
