• Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site technical support to users, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain firm-wide technology systems and applications.
• Collaborate with global technology teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies.
• Manage inventory of technology assets and ensure their proper use and maintenance.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical skills, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
