Join Our Finance Team as a Mid-Level Professional

We are seeking three experienced finance professionals with 2-5 years in the field to support our financial modeling and business case development efforts. In this role, you will gather and validate data, translate operational inputs into financial outputs, and create presentation-ready exhibits.

Who We're Looking For:

• Background in consulting, corporate finance/FP&A, or banking/financial services (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, with strong skills in lookups, pivots, and building clean financial sheets
• Solid understanding of P&L structure, revenue/cost drivers, and basic cash flow logic
• Structured thinker with MECE-style problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues and identify inconsistencies
• Strong communicator, comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking insightful questions

What You'll Do:

• Build out cost and revenue analysis, including salary, tech, and office costs, collections percentages, and commissions
• Run sensitivity scenarios to assess financial impacts of various inputs
• Reconcile data across workstreams to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prepare presentation-ready exhibits to communicate findings effectively
