Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading and integrating financial operations to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence across our healthcare business. This role ensures efficient execution of financial strategies, tender operations, inventory optimization, and overall financial performance.

• Lead financial operations, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Oversee end-to-end management of NUPCO, MOH, and private sector tenders.
• Drive commercial strategies for product launches and market expansion.
• Manage P&L performance, gross margin optimization, and compliance with ZATCA and IFRS requirements.
• Ensure effective inventory planning, procurement, and supply chain performance.
• Manage supplier and key customer relationships, including healthcare providers and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and operational best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include Revenue Growth & Gross Margin, Tender Win Rate in NUPCO and PVT competitive bidding, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Forecast Accuracy & Inventory Optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Saudi healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare distribution sector.
• Strong experience with NUPCO, MOH, and private healthcare tenders.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Commercial Operations, and Supply Chain management.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
