Key Responsibilities

The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks to support the smooth flow of shipments and logistics operations. Your core duties will include:

• Shipment Coordination: Manage the scheduling, tracking, delivery, and pickup of import and export shipments, ensuring adherence to timelines and service level agreements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, network offices, freight forwarders, and internal teams, facilitating clear and timely communication to resolve queries and provide updates.
• Shipment Monitoring & Escalation: Continuously monitor shipment statuses and promptly update systems with accurate information. Identify and escalate any issues, such as delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies, to relevant stakeholders for swift resolution.
• Warehouse & Physical Handling Support: Provide assistance during warehouse operations and physical handling activities as required, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Customer Support: Deliver daily customer support by providing shipment updates, addressing documentation requirements, and resolving any logistical concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Technical & Soft Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proven experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking platforms to manage and monitor shipments efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to documentation and data accuracy to minimize errors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic or European languages considered a valuable asset.
• Time Management & Resilience: The ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Collaboration & Adaptability: A proactive mindset and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams to achieve operational goals and adapt to evolving business needs.

Experience & Qualifications

Candidates for this role should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics, with a strong understanding of end-to-end shipment processes.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and Saudi logistics procedures is highly advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from SAR 7,000 to SAR 9,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
