Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical duties to support laboratory processes, including but not limited to:

• Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses in accordance with established protocols and industry standards.
• Preparing, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment, instruments, and apparatus to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collecting, recording, and analyzing data with meticulous attention to detail, and preparing comprehensive reports to support research and development initiatives.
• Assisting senior laboratory staff in the development and implementation of new testing methodologies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers, to provide technical support and contribute to the successful execution of projects.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize laboratory processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A diploma or degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline, such as chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
