Information Technology Support Intern - Tamheer Program

We are seeking a motivated Information Technology Support Intern to join our team through the Tamheer Program. This role offers practical experience in daily IT operations while providing first-level support to our employees.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support to users.
• Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support user account setup and access requests.
• Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
• Assist with system updates and routine maintenance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

To qualify, you must be a Saudi National eligible for the Tamheer Program through HRDF, and possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking, along with strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential. A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment is highly valued.
