QA/QC Engineer

Join ACSC as a QA/QC Engineer in Riyadh

ACSC, a leading Saudi construction company, specializes in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and multi-storey building projects. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our Projects Department and ensure the excellence of our construction works.

The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all construction works to ensure they align with approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, Saudi Building Code, and ACSC quality standards. This role involves site inspections, material approvals, testing, non-conformance management, quality reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders to minimize rework and enhance project delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ACSC's Quality Management System across assigned projects
• Prepare, update, and monitor the Project Quality Plan
• Prepare and review Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable Saudi Building Code requirements
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality walkthroughs
• Raise, track, and follow up Inspection Requests
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and approved laboratories

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and relevant construction standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification (preferred)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (an advantage)
