Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following core responsibilities:

• System Design and Engineering: Develop and oversee the design, engineering, and installation of comprehensive electrical systems, including fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, access control, intrusion detection, and automation solutions for new projects, upgrades, and system expansions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain precise electrical drawings, system schematics, technical specifications, and documentation to facilitate installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management, operations, commissioning, and facility management teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical, fire protection, security, and automation systems across all projects.
• Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor system performance, identify technical challenges, and provide effective troubleshooting solutions for electrical, fire protection, security, and automation system faults.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all systems adhere to applicable safety codes, engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures to maintain the highest levels of safety and efficiency.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering, fire protection technologies, security systems, automation, and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a preference for exposure to fire protection systems, security technologies, automation, or industrial/building electrical systems.
• Professional Registration: Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, access control, intrusion detection, and automation principles.
• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of engineering software, particularly AutoCAD, for creating detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with PLCs, building automation systems, industrial communication networks, electrical distribution, and control systems, along with the ability to perform electrical engineering calculations such as load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and equipment sizing.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
