Technical Engineer

Your Role:

• Support sales by preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Visit project sites to ensure progress aligns with our standards.
• Offer technical assistance before, during, and after sales, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and provide product support.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Manage sales records, reports, and documentation, and assist with order processing and inventory.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products, power, and controls.
• Up to 2 years' experience in the lighting field.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, strong initiative, and ability to handle increasing responsibility.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and ability to work on our ERP system.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
