Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded directly within client environments, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify critical business challenges and architect AI-driven solutions from the ground up. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of AI system development, including problem identification, architecture design, implementation, and deployment.

Key areas of focus include:

• Advanced AI Technologies: Leveraging large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent-based systems to create innovative solutions.
• Enterprise Integrations: Seamlessly integrating AI systems with existing enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and other critical business systems.
• End-to-End Ownership: Taking full responsibility for projects from initial problem identification through to architecture, development, and deployment—ensuring solutions are delivered with precision and efficiency.

In essence, you will conceptualize the solution, build it, deploy it, and own its success—making a direct and measurable impact on the organization’s operations and strategic goals.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring the following expertise and attributes:

• Proven Technical Background: A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in backend, data, or software engineering, with a strong foundation in Python development.
• AI and LLM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI technologies, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based systems.
• Data Pipeline Expertise: Familiarity with designing and implementing robust data pipelines to support AI-driven solutions.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Regional Mobility: Comfort with on-site work and the flexibility to travel across the region as required to support client engagements.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous and will enhance your ability to engage with local stakeholders.
