Key Responsibilities

• Execute Local Marketing Initiatives: Design, implement, and oversee localized marketing campaigns tailored to specific branches, with a focus on increasing sales of priority products and enhancing store visibility within the community.
• Performance Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of branch sales data and consumer behavior to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies that optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Market Penetration Support: Collaborate with branch leadership to execute targeted market penetration strategies, ensuring that promotional activities align with regional consumer preferences and business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with branch managers, operations teams, and the central marketing department to align on campaign goals, streamline execution, and ensure seamless integration of marketing activities with daily store operations.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, local market trends, and industry developments to pinpoint opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our marketing approach.

Qualifications and Skills
