Work closely with application and development teams to resolve performance-related issues across production, test, and development environments. Evaluate and recommend hardware sizing to support database growth and scalability.
  • Migration & Upgrades: Lead database migration projects to modernize existing platforms, transitioning to Oracle 12c/19C and above with features such as RAC, ASM Disk, and Active Data Guard. Execute data migration tasks, including DDL generation, schema refreshes, and table-level data transfers, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce security standards and controls to safeguard sensitive data. Implement Oracle Database Encryption and Data Masking solutions to protect information integrity and privacy. Document and maintain database policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
