Information Technology Business Development Executive

We're seeking a tech-savvy Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services and consulting business. This entry-level role is designed for a recent Computer Science graduate eager to launch a career in tech sales and client-facing work.

As the bridge between our technical team and clients, you'll identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and help shape tailored solutions. We offer comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth.

• Research and identify potential clients across target industries
• Engage prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior team
• Participate in client discovery calls to understand technical requirements
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to scope solutions and prepare proposals
• Maintain accurate CRM records (we use Odoo)
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotes, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills (written and spoken)
• Genuine interest in sales, client work, and the business side of technology
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in plain language
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outreach
• Proficient with everyday tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations); CRM experience is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Internship or project experience in sales, customer support, or a client-facing role
• Familiarity with IT services concepts (cloud, networking, software solutions, cybersecurity)
• Experience with a CRM such as Odoo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
