Project Manager - Land & Infrastructure Development Program

HanmiGlobal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this strategic role, you will lead a multidisciplinary PMCM team at the work package level, contributing to a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity.

The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of a major land development and infrastructure project, managing relationships with the Developer, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and stakeholders throughout the construction and handover phases. This role requires strong leadership in construction management, contract administration, program controls, quality, commercial management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and project governance to ensure successful delivery in accordance with the client's objectives, approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, statutory requirements, and PMCM governance procedures.

The Project Manager will lead the Site Management Team and serve as the primary point of contact between the Program Management Office and the project delivery teams.

• Lead overall project delivery, from design to close-out
• Manage multidisciplinary site management team
• Monitor performance of design and build developer, contractors, and consultants
• Oversee construction activities and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with approved design and construction schedules
• Lead progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
• Coordinate technical reviews and resolve project delivery issues
• Oversee commercial administration and cost monitoring
• Implement project quality management systems
• Manage project risks and coordinate approvals with statutory authorities
• Engage stakeholders and manage interfaces between organizations
• Review monthly project reports and lead project handover activities
• Mentor and develop the project delivery team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Professional registration or Chartered Engineer status preferred
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure, land development, or major urban development programs
• Minimum 10 years managing multidisciplinary Program Management, PMCM, and Construction Supervision teams
• Demonstrated experience delivering major land and/or infrastructure developments
