• Develop and implement daily production plans aligned with customer orders and operational objectives.
• Ensure consistent achievement of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on production performance to management.
• Analyze production efficiency and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

We seek a candidate with:

• A bachelor's degree in industrial or related engineering.
• Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control.
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials is a plus.
