Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision and Quality Assurance: Oversee on-site activities with a keen focus on monitoring progress, enforcing quality control measures, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to maintain project momentum and mitigate potential disruptions.
- Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability and optimal utilization to support project requirements. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent delays and maintain operational efficiency.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to construction workers and subcontractors, addressing operational challenges and queries to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Leverage your knowledge of construction techniques and materials to offer practical solutions and enhance project performance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of site activities, including progress reports, site logs, and as-built drawings. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available to track project milestones, support audits, and fulfill contractual obligations.
- Safety and Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Actively participate in safety awareness initiatives and contribute to incident reporting and resolution processes.
- Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement cost-effective solutions that align with budget constraints and project goals.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with clients and project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with expectations. Foster strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials, including structural design principles. Proficiency in using construction-related tools and software, such as AutoCAD, project management applications, and surveying instruments, to support planning and execution.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess construction challenges, identify viable solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project progress and quality.
- Safety and Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain a secure working environment.

- Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience in construction or site engineering are encouraged to apply.
