Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the complete software project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Agile Delivery Facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum teams by facilitating essential ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement to drive continuous improvement and efficient delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps specialists, and Business Analysts to foster collaboration and ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Requirements Management: Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation to guide the development process.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, sprint roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and delivery milestones to ensure timely project completion.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to track delivery metrics, sprint progress, and team performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that software solutions meet established quality standards, business requirements, and agreed-upon delivery timelines through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Process Improvement: Champion Agile best practices and delivery excellence by continuously evaluating and refining project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end software development projects from initiation through production deployment, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
• Technical Background: Hands-on experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or in another technical software role prior to transitioning into project management, with a solid understanding of software architecture, SDLC, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Agile Expertise: Extensive experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to engage in technical discussions, estimate effort, and identify delivery risks, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to gather business requirements and produce detailed BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, managing stakeholder expectations through regular updates and transparent reporting.
• Multi-Project Management: Experience managing multiple concurrent software projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
• Location and Relocation: Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the potential for future project assignments requiring relocation.
