Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Engineer, Technical Support to join our dynamic team at Alfanar. This role is responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and solutions to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth functionality of our systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warranty Claims Support: Diagnose technical issues related to warranty claims, propose solutions, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for timely resolution.
• Field Commissioning Assistance: Support the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems during field commissioning, ensuring systems meet project specifications and compliance standards.
• Project Engineering Support: Aid project teams with technical tasks, problem-solving, and the delivery of engineering services, contributing to the preparation of accurate technical documentation.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of engineering activities, support the preparation and review of technical reports, and contribute to improving engineering workflows.
• Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning through mentorship and training programs, and support process enhancements under supervision.
• General Responsibilities: Demonstrate HR proficiency, deliver planned activities efficiently, solve operational problems, ensure quality requirements, seek business process improvements, comply with policies and procedures, and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience are required. Proven skills in customer service orientation and customer service programs are essential.
