At Al Ghurair, we're committed to driving innovation and shaping the future. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Parts Advisor to join our newest division, Arabian Frontier Motors - MHERO KSA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and help us maintain our position as a leading diversified family business group in the Middle East.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and supplying the correct parts, providing accurate pricing, availability, and product information while delivering excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, process parts requests, and ensure stock availability to support workshop and retail operations. Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock records and minimize shortages.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts. Follow up on backorders and keep customers informed of order status.
• Use electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and dealer management systems to accurately identify and issue parts. Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions, warranties, and inventory movements.
• Ensure parts are properly stored, labeled, and displayed in accordance with company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while supporting regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales, inventory transactions, and customer requests. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and manufacturer standards.

What we're looking for:

• Saudi National, essential for this role in alignment with MHERO KSA's localization strategy.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or in automotive spare parts sales, preferably within a dealership environment. Experience with Chinese automotive brands is a strong advantage.
• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify, source, and recommend the correct parts while maintaining high levels of accuracy in inventory and documentation.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment while meeting operational deadlines.
