• As the first point of contact, you'll greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Handle client check-in and check-out, process payments, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with our veterinary and nursing teams.
• Promote our clinic services and products, explain treatment plans, and assist with in-clinic sales of medications, pet care products, and service packages.
• Perform general reception and clerical duties, keeping the reception area organized and providing empathetic, professional support to clients and their pets.

We're looking for candidates with strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in receptionist duties, solid clerical skills, and a sales aptitude. Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is preferred, but not required. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being an asset.
