Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and supporting pipeline growth for our sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and initial customer engagement, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined business criteria and customer needs.
• Schedule meetings and discovery sessions for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to support prospecting efforts.
• Consistently follow up with prospective customers to nurture engagement and maintain pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and pipeline initiatives.
• Meet or exceed assigned activity metrics and pipeline contribution targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Monty Mobile’s products and services to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs to the sales team while handing over qualified potential leads to Account Managers for further follow-up and business development activities.

We seek a motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, telecommunications, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or business development roles. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus. Professional proficiency in Local Language and English is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, are essential for success in this role.
