Stoqa, an AI-powered platform for deep financial market analysis, is seeking a dedicated Growth Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. Our mission is to empower investors with tools that transform financial statements and complex data into clear, actionable insights.

The Role: As our Growth Lead, your primary objective will be to expand our customer base and boost conversion to paid subscriptions. You will oversee the entire growth journey, from attracting the right audience to cultivating them into loyal, paying customers.

• Drive new customer acquisition and maximize conversion to paid subscriptions.
• Analyze customer behavior using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Design and execute campaigns that attract, engage, and convert customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, guiding them towards subscription.
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize every stage of the conversion funnel.

We are looking for a growth specialist who is passionate about driving customer acquisition and conversion. Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools, strong persuasive skills, high energy, genuine passion, and adaptability are essential for this role.
