Essential Requirements

• Age: Minimum 21 years old.
• Education: High school certificate or equivalent.
• Customer Service Experience: At least one year in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Swimming Ability: Confident swimmer with the ability to use flotation devices.
• Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Visa & Relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh.
