Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting and managing the day-to-day credit operations processes, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows across the credit lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing financing applications, preparing and validating contracts, following up on documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain operational excellence. This position is perfect for individuals with a strong foundation in operations, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to grow within the fintech, credit operations, and risk management domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process financing applications in alignment with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare, create, and validate contracts within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Follow up with customers, landlords, and internal teams to obtain missing documents and approvals in a timely manner.
• Monitor application pipelines to ensure timely processing and completion of tasks.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on applications and customer documentation prior to final processing.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Sales, Legal, Collections, and Customer Experience teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain the accuracy of customer data and contract information within operational systems.
• Support operational reporting and maintain trackers using Excel and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Escalate operational issues, delays, or policy exceptions to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit operations, banking, fintech, or a related operational role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with operational systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability in previous roles.

• Familiarity with Ejar operations and related processes.
