The Financial Insights Team Leader is responsible for driving operational and financial performance excellence across our operations. This role involves leading the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency, service quality, and management decision-making.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure work continuity.
• Monitor operational and financial performance indicators across operations.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and operational improvements.
• Analyze operational trends, productivity, indicators, transaction volumes, and cost-related matrices.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop performance monitoring frameworks and reporting methodologies.
• Engage with process owners and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and challenges.
• Support team members to ensure effective performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis activities.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements.
• Comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information System.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in banking operations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven expertise in performance management, KPI frameworks, data analysis, and reporting.
