About the Role

As the human counterpart to our automated workflows, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing AI-generated outputs, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of our clients’ data. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the final line of defense against errors in AI-driven processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Verification: Review AI-generated summaries, categorizations, and data extractions by comparing them against original source materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Error Identification: Flag inconsistencies, mislabeled entries, or deviations from project-specific rules to prevent flawed data from being delivered to clients.
• Quality Assurance: Correct inaccuracies in databases or datasets to enhance the performance of future AI models and workflows.
• Testing and Feedback: Evaluate new automated workflows by identifying points of failure, confusing outputs, or edge cases, and document findings for the development team.
• Process Documentation: Organize test data, log recurring errors, and compile concise reports to help refine AI algorithms and improve system reliability.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team to highlight systemic issues, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
