Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing financial leadership and operational insight to drive informed decision-making. Core responsibilities include:

• Financial Strategy & Capital Allocation: Develop and execute a forward-looking financial strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term objectives, ensuring optimal capital allocation across diverse business segments, including real estate, technology, and investment ventures.
• Portfolio Performance Management: Oversee portfolio-level profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow projections, and financial performance metrics to maintain fiscal health and identify growth opportunities across all business units.
• Commercial Governance & Pricing Strategy: Establish and enforce robust commercial governance frameworks, including pricing models, contract negotiations, and revenue optimization strategies to enhance profitability and mitigate financial risks.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Oversight: Lead procurement initiatives, vendor management, and supply chain optimization to ensure cost efficiency, operational resilience, and alignment with the organization’s sustainability and quality standards.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Implement and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices in financial governance, data security, and operational controls.
• Scalable Finance Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable financial systems, processes, and technologies to support the organization’s rapid growth, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with international accounting standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a commercially astute and hands-on finance leader with a proven track record of success in high-growth or founder-led environments. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experiences:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a CFO or Finance Director in high-growth organizations, preferably within real estate, technology, investment platforms, or diversified corporate groups.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong background in commercial finance, operational leadership, and strategic decision-making, with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
