As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex immigration processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering long-term business relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will consult with clients to thoroughly assess their immigration needs, eligibility, and available pathway options. This includes facilitating work visas, family sponsorships, and residency permits, all while adhering to Saudi Arabian labor and immigration laws. Your responsibilities will extend to guiding clients through intricate documentation requirements, application workflows, and government clearance processes to ensure seamless and timely submissions.

You will collaborate closely with legal, HR, and compliance teams to guarantee that all submissions meet stringent regulatory standards and adhere to established timelines. Additionally, you will present customized immigration packages to corporate clients aiming to deploy international talent into the Saudi market, ensuring their workforce mobility needs are met with precision and efficiency.

As a proactive case manager, you will track and oversee client cases from initial intake through to final approval, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Staying ahead of policy changes, fee structures, and visa quota updates impacting Saudi Arabia’s labor market and foreign worker regulations will be essential to your success in this role.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Proven experience in visa processing and immigration law compliance
• Strong client onboarding and document verification skills
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and foreign worker policies
• Exceptional stakeholder coordination and communication abilities
• Proficiency in case management systems to streamline workflows
• Fluency in both Arabic and English to facilitate seamless client interactions

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) portals
• Background in corporate immigration account management
• Understanding of Nitaqat or Saudization compliance frameworks
