Business Performance Analyst

Business Performance Analyst - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Aon Arabia is seeking a skilled Business Performance Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business, operational, and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain management dashboards and KPI reports. Prepare regular business performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Forecasting & Planning: Develop forecasts related to headcount, revenue, productivity, and operational requirements. Conduct scenario modeling and trend analysis to support strategic decisions. Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Business Intelligence: Design and automate reports using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools. Transform complex data into meaningful insights for leadership. Identify key business drivers impacting company performance.
• Process Improvement: Review reporting processes and recommend efficiency improvements. Automate manual reporting activities where possible. Contribute to digital transformation and data governance initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting requirements. Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management. Support leadership meetings with executive summaries and performance insights.

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence.

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, data visualization, dashboard development, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques. Strong reporting and presentation skills.

Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills, and project management capabilities.
