Senior Audit Manager - Treasury

The Senior Audit Manager - Treasury is responsible for evaluating Treasury Front and Back office operations, providing objective assurance on their effectiveness and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with governance, risk management, and internal audit standards. This role involves leading audit engagements, acquiring business knowledge, and maintaining expertise in key risks within the Bank and industry.

• Objective Assurance: Support the Director in providing objective assurance to key stakeholders, coordinate with external auditors, and contribute to the development of a risk-based annual audit plan.
• Lead Audit Engagements: Conduct audit engagements from planning to reporting, ensuring thorough testing, walkthroughs, and well-documented conclusions.
• Supervision and Training: Supervise junior auditors, provide guidance, and mentor team members on completing audit engagements.
• Special Assignments: Conduct special assignments as requested by the CIA and Director, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Risk-Based Auditing: Focus on risk-based auditing and implement Quality team's proposals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain effective relationships with GMs and AGMs, ensure all audit reports are communicated, accepted, and signed off by process owners.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a preferred professional accreditation such as CIA, CFA, SOCPA, or CPA.
